Hi, I’m Laura!

Founder of Bridal & Beauty by Lau, though most people call me Lau.

I’m a bridal hair and makeup artist based in Hampshire, with a serious love for all things beauty. When I’m not on a wedding morning, you’ll find me in my Basingstoke salon, creating a calm space for bridal previews and feel-good beauty treatments.

Wedding mornings are my favourite. I bring the good vibes, your favourite music, a glass of bubbles for you and a Coke Zero for me. My goal is simple, to help you feel relaxed, confident and like you’re getting ready with someone who genuinely cares.

My little salon is tucked away in the grounds of Worting House in Basingstoke, offering a calm, welcoming space to relax and be pampered. Booked for my wedding make up for me and 2 of my bridal party. Everything ran extremely smoothly. Everyone was so happy with their make up. I don’t normally ware a lot of make up and Lau was really good at creating a glam look that was not overwhelming. Highly recommend.
